PAWS is the Sponsor of:

New Mexico’s Week for the Animals
There are only three states in the nation that dedicate a week to animal welfare. Utah led the way, New Mexico was second and Ohio became the third state to take on the challenge, to make these states a better place for all animals.

Animal organizations throughout New Mexico are joining together to make this annual event a focal point for bringing animal welfare issues and humane education programs to the public.
